what is difference between love & affection

One thing is certain, love is blind whereas affection is not.(ha,ha). On a serious note, the above statement should explain the difference too.Affection will not make one do sacrifices, it has its boundaries. But love knows no boundaries .

I think that love is devotion an undying care for an individual and affection is also the same thing but to a lesser degree I think. I feel love towards a lot of people and not so much affection as love. I think that affection doesn't last very long and I think that love will go on forever as long as you don't do anything wrong to interfere with it.
