healthy but ..................

Cheese have a lot of fat in this. I like the dishes which is made by the cheese. but some times they makes some digestion problems for me. It is heavy to digest. But i eat that dishes only that time when i really want to that and not control of myself. can you control?

Hi,dear!(*^__^*) If you really like to eat Cheese,i have a way to help u keep away from fat.Do you know green tea?When you finish eatting cheese drink one cup of green tea,please don't add anything,no suger and no milk.You will feel so refreshing that your digestion problem will also gone. Believe it or not,this is an easy but effective way to solve the problem.(~ o ~)~zZ Er...if you have interest to lose weight,you can also drink one kind of tea which we called Folium llicis Latifoliat .It tastes a little bitter,however it's really good.You can drink it after meals.Chinese people drink it since long time ago.I tried many times,it works.Not only for cheese but also work for other oil food. o(?v?)o!

Oh boy cheese is so dangerous. Cheese definitely has a lot of fat. I watched a documentary a while ago and a doctor was saying that he was giving a patient a blood test. And when he took the test he was astonished. The patient's blood was literally full of fat. I saw the pictures totally disgusting. Eating lot's of cheese can clog up your arteries really quickly even if you are slim. So watch yourself.
