toddler tantrums and spanking

my son will turn 2 in 2 months..lately he has become a bit stubborn..he shouts n hits n tries to bite n gets angry if we do something against his will or if he gets irritated,which is very difficult to handle considering tht he was not at all aggressive till somedays back

Sounds like he's testing his boundaries. You and your husband need to show a united front. Be sure that you two agree on a course of action, whether its time out or spanking or taking away priviledges. He needs you guys to follow through with any discipline you tell him that you are going to take and BE CONSISTENT!! He's just seeing how far he can push you and this is when he needs the boundaries the most. Hope it helps and GOOD LUCK!!!

have you tried time outs? there are so many methods out there these days. there are probably lots of site that can help and give you suggestions on what to do.
