give me your suggestions guys.=) that's if you have a real team out there.=)
sentinnel line up.
rigor = massive and stunner
rooftrellen = setter
zues = early game ganker and massive last skill
puck = early game ganker and massive skills and pre setter. and has silence too.
moonfang = early game ganker and for end game purposes as well
troll warlord = for end game purposes
scourge line up.
magnus = best setter ever made
leviathan = pre setter
obsidian destroyer = massive last skill, mana pool drainer and big damage to low int
lich(can take the place of destroyer) = early game ganker, painful chain frost
nevermore = early game ganker, end gamer, reverse polarity and requiem combo
faceless void = end gamer and setter as well.

based on experience,i think you need to have two or three damage dealers or "superheroes",a tanker(str or high hp hero),one or two disablers(any hero with innate disable skills plus guinsoo)
sentinel:
ursa warrior=super dps plus tank..
troll warlord/traxex="superheroes"..must have bkb
mirana=early game ganker and great disabler when equipped with guinsoo and deso
raigor/bradwarden=both are stunners and raigor's echo slam is devastating but bradwarden is a huge tank
lina/zeus=early game harrasers with stun..must have guinsoos
scourge:
pit lord=perfect spammer and disabler with second skill plus guinsoo..also last skill is for escape
faceless void/mortred="superhero"..chrono plus battle fury can kill more than one hero..well she has the highest crit in dota
lion=ganker and super disabler with stun plus double voodoo with guinsoo
barathrum/levi=stunners and high dps when equipped with cuirass and armlet..can serve as tanks..
clinkz/razor/weaver=great damage dealers but have low hps..

the most important thing in any line-up is teamwork and communication to pull the combo off..you have to know your role and when to cast your skill..you need to be in sync with your teammates and don't rattle in clashes..

SENTINEL LINE UP
Treant - ofcourse mid lane for eye set up
Mirana - set up hero , ganker , killer
Davion Knight - pair up with mirana
Sven or kunkka or raigor
puck or omniknight - support hero for the bottom lane like sven and the rest
SCOURGE LINE UP
nevermore or qop - mid lane
Nerubian assasin - ganker , killer , support
Spectre - top lane for creep pulling
Warlock or abadon - support , warder
Invoker - must be pro to handle this hero
Leoric - must be a fast farmer to dominate the game

nobody uses normal mode anymore, mostly used modes are ap,np,sp or ap only. I play DOTA and most of the time I use Lich.. I love it.. great early and mid game finisher but on a late game status, not too effective anymore but still can be a nuisance due to CF. Gotta love his CF. hahahaha!!

My team senti heros is
1. trent for setter
2. admirail for stuns and cleaving attack
3. tinker for defending on each tower(must have a travel)
4. zeus ganker (must have tinker in game and gank)
5. traxex for silence and late game
scourge heros is
1. leviathan stun and gasher
2. lich last setter(^^)
3. enigma (ulti double combo)
4. sandking (ulti double combo)
5. faceless for late game

1. Beastmaster, good solo and strong ganker. also has nice aura for early roshans
2. Windrunner, good dps, can fill semicarry role
3. Juggernaut, decent carry, has a good early game which can lead to a good late game
4. Vengeful spirit, good suppoty
5. Venomancer, good support
