I was TOTALLY broke this Christmas. I spent $107 (u.s.) and that was it, that was all I had. I am now completely broke but at least there will be something under the tree for my son.

i have done my shopping and have even exchanged some gifts already (my family and i had our christmas yesterday as later on in the week will be spent with other family members.) and while we spent a little more than usual, it was worth it to see my kids faces!

exactly, the bulk of my expenses were used for my kids too...christmas happens once a year anyway...thanks for responding and happy holidays!

I probably spent around a thousand dollars. I am not sure of the exact amount. I spent about $300 a piece on my two kids, about $200 on my huband, and then had about 10 other people to buy for that I spent about $20 a piece on. Happy Holidays!
