I've heard that before,a lady once told me that she envies asian people's skin because it always looks so young and fresh. That might be true even though I've seen some pimply asians:)
White people's skin is more vulnerable to sun rays, blotchiness and negative effects, that's why they get wrinkles sooner. White race ages faster than any other.

We have more fat in our skin, thus, we look younger! Babies look so cute and young because they have so much fat in their cheeks right? Well asians have more fat in certain areas of their face (eyes, for example) and that's why we don't get wrinkles as easily as caucasians or other races because other races don't have as much fat in their face. They use botox to imitate the youthful appearance of fat. I'm pretty sure that's why...Of course not all asians have the same amount of fat - some have less than others and some more.

Fat in the eyes?! lol
That's an unusual explanation but it might make some sense
