So what did you all buy this Christmas for you families, lovers and friends or even your self? I did pretty good this year considering the way the economy is this season, I was able to buy most of the gifts that I intended to give. This online shopping is great when they have the items you order but if they don't have it you could get stuck without a item and now you must go out in the cold and buy the gift the oldfasioned way at the store. Where are some of the places that you all shopped at, this includes online and out and about.

for myself i buy clothes and for others i make sure they will like it, or they will appreciate it somehow. i gave people a gift from the bottom of my heart. Online shopping is only a dream for me because its hard to earn more here.

Well, we do not celebrate Christmas as I live in India. In India Christmas is equal to Diwali. So we do all are gift shopping at the festival of Diwali. We have lots of sale going at that time. I prefer online shopping eventhough its not that chilly as in your country, but my mother forces me to the shopping by visiting the store. She doen't have much faith in online things.
Hope to read your reply soon.
Thanks
Bye....

I am not very excited about christmas this time. I have not bought anything this time. I am so much so depressed that I dont feel like shopping. I want to be happy but I can not be. I dont know the reason but I really want to do something nice for everone.

i bought far too much for everyone this year especially my daughter and shes only 2 yrs old, i started my xmas shopping in august and still ended up needing to rush out for odd bits n bobs, i done alot of my shopping online at naturally close, studio etc, the places where i can get get stuff deliverd rather than having to rush about in the cold, depending on what u want theres a site with diffrent shopping pages, children toys, designer clothing, handbags, watches, electricals and more, the chilrens toys address is bingogaming.biz/cartoon.html and the shopping address is bingogaming.biz/shopping.html i have used both of them, some dont appeal to me some but some of the shops on there do, it just depends what u looking for really. they all have diffrent offers etc. i love shopping online, but i still like to go out shopping too but preferably in the summer.

I did pretty well this year, I bought all my present very early but just yesterday I bought myself something at the supermarket, I am fanatical about purple and then I saw this box in the shape of a star, the one in the front was green, a green heart shaped box covered in green sequins but I could see a purple one right at the back so I virtually climbed up the display to get this beutiful purple sequined box and to my surprise it was filled with chocolates, I think it one of the most beautiful things i have seen, of course this will be a put amongst my purple Christmas decorations to be brought out evey year...

Since I am at the beach this winter, I went to the craft store AC Moore, and bought some wooden boxes with latches for my nephews and nieces. Then I filled the boxes with different types of shells, and glued one on the outside of it.
I also had a gift card that I had earned, some way or another, that I gave to my oldest sister and her family.
I found a huge conch shell on the beach, and I am giving that to my mom because she was trying to find one when she came down to visit for Thanksgiving.
I am sending my brother a picture of my mom in a picture frame.
Other than that, I just picked up a few small gifts here and there at different souvenir shops.
Thanks and have a great day!

I snuck the mother's ring I bought my mom acouple of years ago out of her jewelry box, and got it fixed she lost a stone out of it awhile ago and she's been talking about gettin it fixed forever. I got all my nieces those leap frog learning system games. Amazon was fantastic on toys this year I wouldn't have been able to do as good as I did without it. For you late shoppers evry year like me just keep in mind next year amazon always does great deals in December. Happy Holidays everyone.

I shopped at walmart.com and also ordered gift wrapping. My girlfriend wanted an espresso machine so I ordered that and all the fixings (Coffee, syrup, cleaners etc...) and they came all wrapped up for Christmas. How much easier could it get?? :)
