Have you had a bad experience with gum?

I have had some awful gum experiences, but the worst was when my husband left a pack of gum in his pockets, and put his Jeans in the washer. I am obviously not checking pockets between the washer and dryer, because you are supposed to do that before you wash the clothes. Needless to say, when I got the load out of the dryer, there was gum EVERYWHERE, and I had to take the dryer apart to clean it all out, and I lost about half of the clothes in that load....

yes i have had several..i just paid like 60 bucks for a new hair style cut and color on summer...and next thing i knew i woke up with a big ball of bubble gum stuck smack dab in the middle of my head ..NOWAY to get it out except cut it out...i tried ice...i tried everything i could think off..but nooo...i had to cut my hair almost buzzcut to get that gum out it was something else...lol

I sat on it once at Applebees cause it was on their booth. It got on my nice back work pants, I was really mad. I have accidently swallowed/choked on it too before. That is scary in the moment and then I laugh at myself.

Yea, it onced attacked my daughters long,long hair!:-) Peanut butter takes it out of hair, then you just have to shampoo hair and all's good.

Oh yes, the gum story. When I was a kid about 12, I went to bed with gum in my mouth and the next morning I got up with it stuck to my neck and my long hair was glued to my neck. What an experience.

My kids would get it stuck in their hair all the time. I used peanutbutter to get it out.

My husband and I had told our youngest child who was then 4yrs old no more gum because he kept stuffing his mouth full of gum.Well it was close to bed time I went to tuck in my kids and i noticed a funny look on my youngest face. When I picked him up and put him in bed I noticed a lump in his armpit and sure enough he heard me coming and stuck his gum under his armpit thinking i wouldn't know he got into the gum again...hahaha i still think that is funny

oh yeah i hated it when i got it stuck in my hair, i my kids have got it in thier hair too and i remember trying to freeze it to get it out and then having to cut thier hair finally because it would not all come out.

I hate stepping on gum... It's disgusting and stays on your shoe forever!!!!

I remember I had gotten gum stuck in my hair at least once when I was a kid. I've had gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe a few times and then there's that disgusting touching of the gum under the table every once in a while.

When I was younger I wasn't allowed to chew gum cause I used to always get it stuck in my hair somehow. Now that I 'm older, my bad experience is that I did sit in some gum on the bus in Pittsburgh, my b/f had to walk behind me til I could get to restroom to pluck it off.

My senior year of high school, one of my "friends" sat behind me in my spanish class. They decided it would be fun to stick gum in my hair. My hair was very long back then so it got all tangled up before someone finally told me it was there. I was so mad! I couldn't get it out all day, so it stayed until I got home and then my mom picked at it until it was out.

I have the annoyance of gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe, but I am certain that most people have had that at one time or another *laugh* I think that it's worse when you reach under a desk or a bench looking for something and you find that someone has stuck some yucky old gum there. Ew. LOL *laugh*

lol yeah.. it was stuck on my butt when i sat on a chair on school.. class mates played a prank.. had to cover it whn i went home :/

Got it in my hair when I was younger, and it had to be cut out.

I've had gum in my hair before, I went to sleep with it in my mouth and it fell out in the night. It was awful! Just had to cut a big chunk of hair out
