I love me some good barbecue. The meat must be tender and fall off the bone for me to eat it. And it must have a good sweet and tangy sauce. And if you don't have your cole slaw, bake beans potatoe salad you don't have a good barbecue anyway. You must let your meat marinade over night.

We will be having a barbecue soon, even though I have a electric barbecue that I could use indoors, I still like to use it outside, along side my gas barbecue, as we usually end up with lots of people here all wanting to eat the food, as well as family that also come for food and fun.
It is great when there is a crowd of people that are here eating, as there is never a dull moment and there is also plenty of food and drink to go around.
