how to prevent computer radiation?

today,the use of computer is becoming more and more widespread.we are always working with computer.but computer radiation affect our health.do you know how to prevent computer radiation?

I use a screen protector. It reduces the radiation coming from my computer. And I also take a break for once in a while.

It is depend on the user itself. If he/she did not take a break and he/she is always directly facing on the screen, then the percentage of being affected is high. What I was doing is, I am not directly focusing on the screen, I am a little bit on the side of the screen and have a break every hour for a couple of minutes. This also helps me to have some rest for my eyes.

I agree with you,agihcam.we should rest our eyes after after a long of playing computer.
