Hot Water!

Ok. This drives me nuts. There are four people in my house. Everytime I go to take a bath I get just the bottom of the tub filled with hot water before it turns cold. It drives me nuts. We are going to have to make a bath/shower hot water schedule around here! :-P

That has happened to me quite often. We have 6 people here in the house and everyone likes to take long hot showers. So, we always wait about 30 minutes between showers, but sometimes it is just not enough hot water for us all. I'm the mommy but I swear I take the shortest showers in this house compared to everyone else! Have a great day, Merry Christmas, and happy myLotting!!!

Funny, I saw your discussion tonight of all nights....our hot water tank just exploded! Ah! I went downstairs for my mom (I'm visiting for the holidays) and I said a nice little flood building up. Turns out the hot water tank was leaking profusely and now we will be getting a new tank tomorrow morning (hopefully). In the meantime my older brother and wife are making their way to our house in approximately an hour and we will have no hot water until we get a new tank! AH! Oh it was a crazy night, because my mom just moved into this house about a year ago and there are still a lot of moving boxes in the basement. Oh ugh lol.

I think this has happened to all of us. There is nothing worse than a cold shower to start your day off. I think there is a way that you can turn the hot water heater up. I know that people do this when they know there will be extra guests in the house. You might want to try it if you find this happens often. Hope you get the water situation sorted out!
