Today, I find many reputed brands doing FREE demo make ups and giving free tips for our skin types. Last week I found FREE sessions of massage and spa going on in a Thai outlet. And people flocking there aswell.
That made me wonder, is FREE stuff that alluring!
Would you go for FREE demo of complete health care or such organised by reputed brands?

i invariably stay away from these Free demo sessions. And these are based on the experiences of friends. Most of the times there is catch somewhere and the people who i know have attended these sessions have come back grumbling about them not being given the complete details or it being a waste of time. As alluring as it may seem i would rather pay for something like this and know its true worth.

I haven't gone for any such ever and have no inclination either. I hardly have time and inclination to pamper myself like that and guess what I do not go for SALES with discounts for the catch is always there and i hate to shop with the crowd.

I would be afraid of doing so mimpi because the chemicals in the products might result in some kind of harm too. So I would not be tempted to try face creams, lipsticks, oils, hair colours etc. Yes, if its just about haircut then i would certainly like to try out the latest haircuts because I am brave enough and if it doesn't look good on me, in a matter of two months the hair will grow enough to have a more suitable cut. lol.
Happy New Year and HUGS.

Hi Mimipi, I would accept free samples in the post but only if I really had the time to spare would I bother going to something like this as after the makeover, or massage etc they will then try to hard sell the products use of a course I should imagine. You have to have a lot of strength to say NO. Having been in sales for many years I am the easist person in the world to sell to and find it difficult not to buy LOL. Seasons greetings. Huggles. Ellie :D

It is always for the members of the brand, I have received some messages from the brand service center about the demo session, but I always don't go for it, I feel some embarrassed for sitting in the hall for demo.

Yes, I agree. We hardly have time and inclination to go for something non figurable.

I thought they use most quality stuffs because they want to give the customers the feel of miracle instantaneous effects!

I'm not sure though, I haven't been and haven't seen one here, lol! I don't really get attracted with free stuffs, unless they are food, lol. If I saw one I may try to have experience, but I guess my problem is I will be shy to have the free demo. I'm not sure mimpz.

It's a latest trend here in shopping malls where reputed brands would organise such FREE sessions in their endeavor to give you a great feel. I have never been a model though and keep wondering why do people flock in there and also in places which gives free stuffs. Nothing comes FREE thesedays!
