Sorry wastage of money is not allowed, I earn with my hard labour and I cant spend it like this. Its my only hard owned money. Also I never my parents money too, money is precious must save them for difficult times.
Why would anybody want to waste hard earned money?? Do you mean things like gambling, which bring pleasure to people, or just wanton throwing of money away?
