what does this star beside of many members signify for?

please tell me how the number in that star increases? how can I get that star?

you'd get the star when you hit 100 posts. the colour and number of the star is determined by the quality of your posts that fellow mylotters will rate =) so post good quality posts and get a good rating star. 10 is the number you should be aiming for. and 10 is a RED!!!

Make one hundred posts and you get a star. This is one of the cool things of being on mylot. Cheers!!
