PTC Hacked

the problem is did he do it in the first place and did he try to clarify with the admin if he did not do it. At times there may be instances when the admin of the site intentionally ban an account from cashing out by declaring it as a cheater when the member is honest and we will label these sites scam cos they are not honest and using or resorts to using underhand tactics not to pay members. BUt there are also instances when the members do really commit the acts so you must ask your friend he ever tries to cheat the site in the first place. if not, then we can say this site is likely a scam site

It has never happened to me to be declared a hacker. However I have not been paid by two sites so far. One has declared closure due to so me sill reason and the other site Occupes which still seems going does not pay.
