I will not move during the sleep. The position I am at start of sleep will be the same when I awake.
But my family members will move here and there during sleep.Even once my brother just fell from his bed while moving during sleep.
Happy mylotting!!!

No i don't get up in same position but i don't move much just turn left to right. So i don't wake up in awkward positions. But when my sister was small she used to wake up on another side of bed. Once she fell too.She used to move clockwise and it looked funny in morning but now she doesn't move much.

No I do curl up in bed. I do move a lot when I sleep. My wife always complains that I invade her territory in bed.

I toss and turn all night long so I never wake up in the postition that I went to bed in. I toss and turn just trying to get to sleep then I never know how I will be laying when I wake up. I wish just one night I could get a good nights sleep but don't think that will be happening any time soon.

i don't believe this. i am not a mover. i lie on the bed and don't move out of it. its a single cot. so that's good i believe.
but to get up in the same position should just be imagination (according to me). i also find some studies showing that we dream atleast 6-7 times in night. so obviously we change positions/postures based on what we dream.

When I was a kid I wondered if I slept in the same position all night. I laid straight on my back with my hands by my side and my legs straight out. lol childhood curiosity, can't beat it..Anyways, I didn't wake up the next morning in that same position. I was all tangled up. If I don't get my exercise during the day, I'll certinaly get it at night when I sleep.
