why do chinese people close their door of heart ?

i am a chinese,but i find that chinese people usually close their heart to people even their families. students who has phycho-problem seldom talk to their parent,and workers who lose works usually kill their manager with violation..such too many examples happen in china these days.....china suddenly turn to be a horrible wild country,many people who have enough money choose escape from leaving china ,they go to USA.EU country,japan,etc. i am sad that chinese living envirment have bacoming bad,chinese GOV should take their respondsibility ,bacause it couldnt take care of their people.
