ABS-CBN making a tv version of twilight..what??!!

oh noooohhhh!please spare this one...but as you said that the deal is done..oh no..really...i have yet to see a real nice adaptation of a foreign movie or series that the philippines can make...i bet it going to be a comedy!!!hahahha..and the choice of actors?!!!why can't they audition actors to play tha parts if they are seious about the twilight project?im not going to watch it for sure..im so sorry..my mind is closed when it comes to twilight after seeing the movie..there can be no adaptation because the actors chosen are the character of stephenie meyer come to life on the screen!and this is what has made the movie an unexpected blockbuster....

Well, I guess that would be a good news for the network. But obviously if they do not do it well, it will come out funny and frustrating considering that people will have something to base on. Another point that I would like to brought up is originality. I do hope that we should come up with more interesting and original concepts rather than do more of imitation and adaptation.

I haven't watched the movie nor read the books... so i hope i will be able to do these two before the tv version is released... and this is really interesting because i thing Shaina Magdayao is perfect for the role... i find her facial features similar to the lead actress in the movie... but i don't know if Rayver can pull it off...

Honestly... I'm hoping for the best but expecting the worst out of it. I know that there will be many additional details that are not in the book that will be put into the storyline which in turn would disappoint and bring dismay to the true fans of the book. Direk Cathy should research real hard or this will be a flop for me.

Oh my goodness!!! If they want it to work, I suggest that they get fresh, talented faces to play the leads - Edward and Bella. Otherwise, it's going to go down... down... down... LOL

whahaha! This proves that abs got a lot of money in their pockets! Im not a fan of twilight! But i dont know if the fans will like a remake! I should suggest that abs should choose the right artists for the roles!

Twilight Version? Hmm, that would be great if they'll have me as Bella, LOLs... joking! I hope the TV stations would stop franchising rights of TV shows, movies or books and etc. It just shows that we can't create our own kind of story that we will be calling our masterpiece. Those telenovelas before were much better than today. I'm so sad to know about this things.

I really hope they do it right because sometimes our adaptations end up looking funny or sort of trying hard. I was watching fear factor over at TFC the other day and found it really weird that they made is like a cross between Big Brother and Fear Factor. I really wish that they had decided to stick to the original style. It was too staged for me!
