How do we get paid on Platinum lounge[PL] did any one got paid

Did any one got paid on platinum lounge how to make more points and receive good rating till now i have 1 Lakh points how to convert these points in to money. Anyone please help on Platinum lounge i am bit confused on this site

yes i too got too many points but am also searching the ways how to to convert those points to money pl z try to help me out am eagerly waiting for Ur response thank u
