What is your point of view or your personal preference?
I find that there's no rapper with sense of rhythm similar to 2pac's. However, there is Eminem who, unfortunately, has been in hiatus for too long.On the other hand, there is Vanilla Ice and many likes...
My voice goes to black rappers since that's their territory and they're generally more apt at feeling the music and their moves are much better, too. However, there are honorable exclusions, can you think of any?
Not simply white, other races are welcome, too:)

i thinks it everybody's game. it just so happen that there are more good black rappers out there than those whites. if you know pitbull whose a white rapper which music is blended with rap and trance... he's one of those great rapper. the plus factors with those blacks is that they originally made that genre..

I don't really listen rap that much but this argument is the same as black people being better at the blues than white people.
Personally, I prefer listening to black musicians when it comes to these genres of music since, as you said, these genres came from them and they're really good at them.

your race has nothing to with how good you are because i think lil wayne is the best, not because he is black but because he is lyrically amazing as well as extremely entertaining. i also like eminem but not because he is white. i like eminem because he raps from his heart.

Good point but there's still more black rappers than white ones. I'm no racist, that's a matter of fact. I guess most white folks have different taste in music.

Personally I don't think race has anything to do with it. I think it based on talent, and good marketing. I think black rappers are just more common, but not necessarily more talented.
