Are you choosy in getting friends?

I'm choosy in making friends. I want to make sure my friend is loyal and trustworthy. I have seen people make friends that eventually betray them, and I would never want that to happen to me. I can tell all of my friends my secrets and they would never tell anyone else, and I'm grateful of that!

Yes, we need to be selective in getting friends whether in-person or online. Some person will take advantage of your friendliness and used it as a way to satisfy their own vested interests. We have to be careful anyway in dealing with other people.

I will be a friend to anyone who wants to accept me as I am. I am however choosy when it comes to my best friends. I want to know that a friend can be trusted but a best friend can never disobey that trust. Friends come and go all through out life but a best friend is like your family they are there through thick and thin and never judge. Those of us who are choosy with our friends seldom ever have many friends and never a honest best friend because we don't allow others into our lives as we need to in order to form those life long bonds.
