Have you? It's a text based service that also offers a call in service now. Say you're out at lunch and you want to know when the movie you've been looking forward to comes out. Just text your question to 242242 (chacha spelled out in numbers) and expect to recieve an answer in a matter of a few minutes. If you aren't a text person you can call 18002CHACHA and ask your question vocally. On the other end are people, like me, who work for chacha. We receive your question and search the internet for an answer. You should give it a try!

I used it back when they had web search (although in my state the pbulic library has set up a similar service called Ask Here PA). I was a guide too, until they decided to test us all AND cut our earnings down to what was essentially less than $2 an hour. I could have passed the test easily, but I felt it was a slap in the face and got the hell out of Chacha.
