How to do with dispensible anxiety?

I have always been worried about the things unhappened.I know it is dispensible,but I am unable to stop .I think i have too much pressure.I am worried about my job in future.
I need you advices about how i can do with my dispensible anxiety.

Have you seen a doctor about this? The reason I ask is because my husband has PTSD, which is an anxiety disorder due to the trauma of being in Viet Nam. He can't talk himself into feeling okay...he needs medication, which he is on. Depending on how severe your anxiety is, you may benefit from one of the many medications on the market for anxiety.

No,i haven't.I'm sorry to hear that about you husband.You must be very worried about him.My anxiety isn't so severe.Now,i'm not so worried as before.My worry is not about everything .I'm only worried about my job and my life with my boyfriend in the future.I think I need some ways of releasing pressure.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle anxiety.
