worst way to be broken up with

My ex-boyfriend and I had been planning his birthday party and I had gone back to my home (in the the other end of the country) to pick up his present and a few other things. The day before the party I received an sms from my ex: "It think it would be best if you didn't come to the party" What? I tried to call him, but he didn't answer the phone and I decided to send him an sms instead. I asked him what was going on and he replied that he didn't want to be in a relationship. I asked him if that was his way of breaking up with me and he said: "I don't know, maybe...I guess so" I tried once more to call him, but he still didn't pick up the phone. I was very angry, at least he could have talked to me. The worst part was that we were supposed to move in together. I was about to start my education and I had applied at a school in his part of the country. The school had already accepted me and it was too late to change my application, so I had to move to the other end of the country anyway.

i have never been broken up with. always did the breaking up.. but pertaining to your situation how very immature of her..

as far as i can remember..its me always who did parting..i mean when i think im not happy anymore with my bf..then i really make it a point that he will know ..im no plastic in terms of this thing..i mean relationships..

That was a weird way to do it.. but that's "weird" not really the "worst" in my opinion. I think breaking up with someone through text message saying "I have someone else" would be the worst way.
