I was pleasantly surprised to get greetings from Paypal and Yousendit in my inbox today! I know it is a automated message but the fact that they actually sent all their users an e-card is kind of sweet:) haha! Merry Christmas to all!

I have not recieved a message from them yet. I have to agree, I think it is nice for a company to send a christmas message out to its users. I also think that it is good bussiness practice. I know that it is just an automated email, but it still lets you know that the company does care about its customers. I am surprised that more companies do not follow this practice. I think that I would be more likely to take my bussiness back to a company that sent me an email.
