Not received amount from Clixncash

Dear members who have registered in clixncash, i have not received the amount of $1.08 from clixncash.The site shows that the amount is paid and it appears in the payment proofs too.,but i cannot find amount in my alertpay account. Site says it's been paid on 22 december,but no amount received yet. Has anyone experienced it or have same problem..? Please reply.
