Dog or Cat? Which is the best?

See, I am thinking to have a pet. I like both dog and cat. But My parents will allow me to have only one pet. So, I am really in trouble to make a choice. Please help me.

hi there,,,, hey i would go for a dog because i am already having a dog and i want another one ,,,,well dogs are a man best frnd,,,,,and it is true when i go home from office my dog just jumps over me and starts licking all over me which makes me stress free,,well i would suggest you to go for a dog

I like both cat and dog,but as a pet like dog.It is very easy to look after a dog than a cat.
