Are u able to access "instantlyptc" site

it was ok in the morning..but the site is now either down..or i am the only facing this.. they are not a scam PTC aren't they??

site is ok and can be access now. from what i heard this site is a paying site. they have some problems with instant cashout few days ago and they implemented the daily cashout limit system and this caused some problems for members and also raised their unhappiness. so the admin promised to speed up payout and re-introduced instant payment again. i am not sure if this has been restored
