Globaltestmarket (Survey Site)... Is it paying?

Has anyone registered with Global test Market survey site? I heard its similar to Ciao. And the earnings are in points which is converted to dollars. Minimum payout is after we reach 1000 points. Has anyone been paid?

I am also a member of this site.I reached only 500 points and 500 more point is needed to cash out.Let us wait and see.
