A car or a bike?

of course, who would prefer bike than car? if that is your choices, without a second thought, i would go for a car. and you know the reason why.

While in town i prefer a bike when alone or we are two persons.If more then naturally a car.However while going out of town i prefer car.Its fun driving on highways rather than driving too slowly in the huge traffics in town.

My preference for a car is underscored by the heavy rain outside my window. Before the rain began, it was about 82 degrees. Biking almost anywhere would get us there soaked with perspiration and rain. Besides, where would we put anything we might buy or pick up along te way? A bike is better exercise, certainly, and a lot better in terms of the ecology, but in a place like Miami, where it's often unsafe to be out on the road on a bike, it's just not practical.

A bike can be great fun, but after a while it really gets uncomfortable. I much prefer a car, especially if going long distances.

What a good question! Actually both have pros and cons. I like car because it is much safer compared to bike, basically in any accident or if we may hit by any road users. However, in one article I've read before, research done claimed that the air-conditioning inside the car are harmful to our health. The research also suggest that it is better to take fresh air outside for a while as the chemical substances in the air-conditioning is dangerous for our respiratory system. By the way, I prefer to ride a bike in a traffic congestion situation especially in a big city as you won't have to queue for such a long way. On the other hand, it is better to use car for a long journey as it is faster in highway.

I prefer driving my car - it is much quicker, and I don't own a bike.

i would prefer a car, in live in minnesota where there is snow half the year, being so, a bike would hinder my ability to get arounde.

Wow that is a really good question. I love bikes but they aren't too safe. You could easily get hurt and you don't have any protection from the elements. But bikes are great in terms of accessibility. But I would have to choose a car. Because when it rains or it's too sunny I would love shelter. Or if I'm tired I can park up, lock the doors and take a quick nap for a while. Also if I hit something I may not get as much damage as being on a bike.

Hiya, well I do think that bikes are pretty cool but I would prefer a car for myself because I could carry more people around with me when I want to go places :-)

I prefer car, car is faster, you'll reach the destination faster. However, bike is still exciting, happy-go-lucky with environment.

I prefer a car. I really love motor bikes because you can go through traffic with ease.You can also do amazing stunts.But the bike is really dangerous.A lot of people die every year riding motor bikes.The last one I heard of was when a man crashed into a lightpole and ended up airborne and he got electrocuted.A lot of them also get robbed.Especially at night.A car on the other hand,is protective and you don't put your life at risk as much as a bike.Although you'll have to spend hours in traffic on those "special days",it is better to be safe than sorry.
