Do you eat often pasta? In Italy people eat it every day, that's why they don't eat so much bread.

I'm not an Italian but I eat at least once per week. I love it and it's easy to cook. Yes, I cook it at home. It's easy and convenient to cook at home. If I go to restaurants, I prefer eat something that I can't cook at home. By the way, I prefer cheese instead of tomato sours.

I eat pasta at least a couple of times a month. I would probably eat it even more if I could afford to splurge on some of my favorite restaurants. I really like the angel hair pasta and scampi that they make at the Olive Garden. I think I could eat it at least once a week. Only problem is it's about $14 a dish, which is a little pricey for me to be doing all the time. Otherwise, I do have a pasta dinner that I make at home. I use tomatoes, shrimp, angel hair pasta, and an Italian seasoning called Crockery Gourmet. It is hard to find, but it really adds a great flavor. Thanks for starting this discussion, and have a great day!

I am italian and I am used to eating pasta almost all days.. about 5 days a week and I dress it with lots of great sauces invented by me. You should eat pasta very often, because it's antioxidant and so it's good for health... I advise you to try it with pepper and tomato sauce... I really love pepper with pasta.... instead, I never eat bread

I probably cook pasta in some form 3-4 times a month maybe. Then there are the leftovers. I always make enough for leftovers which last me a few days or even go into the freezer for future meals when I am not in the mood to cook. I don't eat much bread anymore. Basically if I am in the mood for sandwiches of some kind I will have bread. I used to eat a lot of bread but that changed over the years. I don't even make foods to be used for sandwiches very often. Once in awhile I get in the mood for lunch meats so then I have sandwiches. I used to have hamburger or cheeseburgers made at home for sandwiches. Now I haven't even had beef to make hamburger in months. I have switched to all poultry or fish except for occassionally I get something else. I do love pasta though and could use a lot more recipes for it.

I love pasta and I eat it at least four times a week. My favorite way to have it at home is with a little bit of olive oil and crushed red pepper. When I eat out, my favorite is linguine with clams. Unfortunately, I don't have the discipline that the Italians have with bread. I love bread as much as I love pasta.

Hey neighbor (from croatia so...)! I would have to say at least 5 days a week! Any kind of pasta. I'm an athlete so i might say that it's 'part' of my life since I was like 8.
