problem with nokia N96?

yesterday my day has bough me nokia n96 which is brilliant phone with flash memory of 16GB in build and 8GB expandable but with the 16GB of memory only i am getting problem it has got struck with 2Gb only at the same time my friend bought samsung omnia which is 16GB in build and 16GB expandable memory he has loaded movies of 12Gb and it is running good, now i thinking that i will also replace Nokia N96 with samsung omnia
whether it is good to take samsung omnia or not?

I don't think you know Nokia cellphone well. N96's memory could be divided into tow parts. N96 itself has 100m memory to run the software, also you can use this space to storge the files. If you do that, the less space to left to run the software, then your cellphone will be getting slower and slower. I guess your problem is you haved installed two many software in this 100m memory, which occupied the memory that shuold be used to run the software. So I suggest you install your software at the 16G space when you was asked where you want to install your software by the cellphone while installing the software.

I have always been in support of Nokia mobiles as they are very good in mobile quality.I think you must consult the store where you purchased your mobile phone from as it might be having any technical fault and they might have a solution for it.
