Is Christmas going your way this year?

Christmas is mostly everyones favorite holiday. Not for me haha. It's not that I don't like getting and giving gifts or spending time wtih the family or just the meaning of Christmas itself, things just never seem to happen the way I would like. It's a very hectic time of year because of all the Christmas shopping and party planning. I've actually been sick a number of times on Christmas, how ironic haha. This year of course has its problems. Hopeuflly it'll still be good :)

This is the first year that my christmas has gone theway I wanted it to.
I simply told my self that it would be a good one and so far it has been wonderful.
I guess thinking positive about everything is the best thing for that's what I have done this yea.

Christmas is not my favourite holiday either to be honest, it's all too commercialized and you are expected to spend, spend, spend, it's all so much work, hassle, cost and stress just for two days, and it's over so quickly! For me it's just a normal weekend at home, a quiet Christmas, I plan to watch movies over the two days. I am looking forward to 2009 and a new start and new goals. My father will drink and eat too much as usual and hog the tv set, but I don't care I am in my room with my dvds and a nice warm bed so I have to be happy about that.
