I have just bought a domain name!!

I have just purchased a domain name for my new websight. I am hoping that I can earn alot of dollars, well not alot but a few dollars per day from adsense with this new site. If it does well and if I receive a cheque from adsense, then I may purchase more domains!!
Does anyone here have their own domain names for their websites, or do you just use blogger?

It is about the heart and heart diseases and conditions. This is a very popular topic and one which I have a great interest in. I am using a wordpress theme, and my friend is helping me build it.
