You can try calisthenics.. like normal push up, close grip push push, wide grip push ups (for chest shoulders, triceps and back), you can also try sit ups and crunches for abs, for legs im not really particular. by the way you can email me i can give you some websites to check grid_runner22@yahoo.com

You'd be right to go with the basic exercises without the need for heavy and expensive equipment-Pushups,Pullups,situps,walking,cycling,running,and maybe swimming should cover most of your basic exercise needs,as well as some attention to your diet, unless you want to get into body building, where you might need the equipment...getting fit is more of a willpower thing than needing a Gym and weights..though the gym might be useful to have as a peer group incentive!

If you lack time and money, the best all around exercise is the 8 or 10 count burpy. Start standing straight up, squat down till your hands touch the floor, kick both legs straight out behind you, you should be in a push-up position, at this point do either one or two push ups, three seconds down and three seconds up, after the push ups you will be in the up position, bring both legs back to the squading position and stand straight up, thats one. Repeat as much as you can, or if your just starting do five or six, rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat an additional 3 times. As you progress increase as needed. As for biceps, fill a heavey gage plastic bag with water and tie off the top good. You can either tie a second knot at the top to use as a hand hold or place a small stick at the top to hold on. Do bicep curls, I like the 21. 21 bicep curl is quick easy and really works your arms. Devide the curl motion into 3rds, do seven with a range of motion in the bottom third of the entire movement, immediately to seven with the range of motion in the middle 3rd andimmediately do seven in the top 3rd of the motion. Rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat 3 more times. These two will work all of the large muscle groups, legs, back, chest, shoulders, and tricepts. The hit the bicep but not very well, hince the curls.

Yes, we really need some exercises to relax our muscles because most of our time is cost before computer.
I can't understand why people would like to do some exercises in a gymnasium which cost much time and money. In fact we can do exercises anytime and anywhere. A series of simple gym is enough for us to relax our body. Of course there are many selections which we can do at home such as dancing, taijiquan, dumbbells, pingpong(you can beat it toward the wall),rope skipping, sandbag, conductor with beautiful music, yoga, box... and so on.
The key thing is that we need have much patience and stick it out. Do you agree with me?

what you have to do is to follow(continue) a good routine os training; I have a personal trainer. also it is good to take the proteins. if they are of better whey And neither they cost very much; the food; the rest; the exercises(fiscal years) and to drink great water is the better(best) thing for a good training.
