Do you have any personal exercise eqipment in your home.

I don't have any equipments.I do the aerobics pull ups and push ups which don't warrant them.I go ling walks too thrice a week.

Sreenivas... you can't do excercise at your home.... we will neglect... as i suggest you should join in Aerobic institute.. it's better for us.. becuase at the same we enjoy it and we will fell very happy to do that.... thanks a lot

If so,please don't interesting in it,to be honest,it's useless.(~ o ~)~zZ I tried it before,but nothing happen.The only result is that a lot money gone. ?(?^?)?
