Can anybody sponsor me a fitness programme?

I am a student from Singapore, I very badly wanted to have a fitness program or e-book to build muscle and lose weight. I tried to search for Shawn Lebrun's book and Vince Delmonte's books in my local bookstores but found none. I do not have a credit card of my as I am only a student 18 years of age. My parents do not want to lend me their credit cards even if I said I would give them the money before I buy the programs. None of my friends have credit cards whom I can borrow from. I weight 154 pounds(70 kg) currently and have a height if 165cm. Due to my height I am always being bullied and being made fun of. I seriously want to grow strong and stop slim down to achieve a muscular physique. Can anybody sponsor me just a copy of the e-book by Shawn Lebrun of Sean Nalewanyj or any other fitness programs that you have in your computer? I will be very grateful to you :) Thank you.
