Reasearch says, that ideally, our body should have 1 kg per inch of our height! But then what is ideal, and why are we searching for perfection? Why at all ask the question: What is my ideal weight? Because people want to be perfect, that's why they always strive for perfection. When they do something, it has to be perfect. Nowadays, we even have to look perfect. Everybody wants to be perfect, but we have to learn that this is impossible. If you feel good in your body, you don't need to change anything about yourself, no matter what your ideal weight is. We don't have to follow some "ideal weight" when there is nothing wrong with us. Sadly there are still too many people who don't understand this. Even people who have no weight problems at all. The last thing we should do, is to take the people who we see on TV and especially in magazines as role-models. We are never going to look like that! Here's a secret for you: not even they look like that, because the pictures you see in magazines are all altered. Even when we look at some models and movie stars, we can see that they are struggling to hold the "ideal weight" because they starve themselves for no purpose and become dangerously skinny. You should never take the famous people as an example, they are people like you and me and have the same problems. If you are some pounds over your ideal weight, you don't need anything to change that. Why would you torture yourself because you are only a little over the "ideal"? Also you should know, that your weight goes up and down every day, you can't control that, so stay how you are if you have no weight problems. If you find a weight you feel good in your body, don't try to change it. Just take a look at yourself in the mirror ( but not a critical look!) and if you like what you see, don't change anything. Ultimately, there is no ideal weight. Your ideal weight should not be a number to follow, but a feeling to have. So, forget what is my ideal weight!

Being overweight might be caused by hormonal imbalance or it might be caused by over-eating. I have no problems with both and I keep a fairly balanced weight. Cheers!!

when i'm able to pinch out at least 2 inch of my "fat". I am FAT! and so i'd start dieting. haha. there really is another way. You take your height and weight and do a BMI calculation. That check it with the chart which comes with the BMI.

I usually check online for the correct information as far as my perfect weight for my body type and heighth. That would tell me what I need to know as far as weight. The rest is cosmetic and a girl can only do as well as she can.
