Honda Civic Hybrid

Have anyone driven or owned a Honda Civic Hybrid. Would like to know how the car fair compared to Normal Civic. What about the maintenance, is it expensive ?

oh no i really love this car but expensive...with me and my work now cant afford to pay monthly of this car...

I can understand that. Even for me to buy this car, i have to put in large down payment. Buy car in our country is like a luxuries instead of necessity.

Hi the hybrid is way to expensive here in india. Nope, I have not driven it but would like it to. The regular honda Civic is a pleasure to drive, its a wonderful car, I have driven it a couple of times and shall rate it 10/10. Cheers, Bodhi

No doubt that the new civic is a wonderful car to drive. However due to rising fuel price and the amount of travel I need to do, Hybrid seems to be a good choice. In my country, cars tax are high, and lately the Government have reduce taxes on Hybrid vehicle and now the hybrid Civic will cost about 15% more then the 1.8 Civic. Unfortunately many people say that Hybrid require high maintenance and especially battery replacement. I need to know how true this can be
