do u expect a gift from ur friends and family?

it was my memorable christmas today. cause i did lot of things new to my life. i greet my parents thru kissing them to their cheeks.it was just i was shy but because i was drunk las night i have a guts to greet them. ok this christmas is also the first time that were completed. its been 3 years i dont spend christmas on my parents house because i was far from them and i always celebrated it to my friends house. this year i dont expected to have gifts coming from my friends and my family. it was just its ok with me if they dont have a material gift what matters to me is they remember me and treat me good. material things is not my priority what matters to me is the good relationship by the people who i love.

Hi there gaylalou690! I really do not expect my family nor my friends to give me anything material this Christmas. I have always been like that when I already started working. I learned how hard it is to earn money to give all my friends something during this time of the year. I appreciate the gifts I receive but I really do not expect them.

no i dont expect gifts but i still intend to have fun today. the family is getting together for a lunch dinner kinds of thing to thats good enough for me but i assume a gift or two will me sheard.i agree with you all that matters is the qulity time spent together every day not only on christmas day you enjoy your day my friend and happy new year

I do expect gifts from friends and family, material or not. This season always makes me feel like I'd get something. I spent Christmas with my mom and my siblings. We just had dinner here at home and we went to Church.
