what would you prefer love marriage or arrange????

Actually love marriage is part of arranged marriage, at least that is the way it should have been in my religion. Unfortunately this has been taken out of context resulting in arranged marriages turning into forced marriages. If done properly arranged marriages are generally better. This is because the people involved would find as much as possible about the prospective bride or groom. This includes health track and past experiences. I admit that the concept of arranged marriage has been twisted to suit certain individuals, usually the parents. In cases like this usually the mother insists on a wealthy suitor for her daughter. In the actual teaching the girl has the final say in accepting or rejecting the suitor. This is to ensure that the girl has some feelings of love towards the suitor. Nowadays arranged marriages are still carried out in my country, although in a modified form. Usually the girl already knows the man. The rest are just perfunctory. So do I prefer love or arranged marriage? If my marriage was arranged, maybe I would have been happier. As it was many things were kept away and when I knew about them it was too late. all the best, rosdimy

of course love marriage. why would my marriage be arranged by a third person. if that is the case then in the long run me and my partner would have difficulty communicating and the faults would be the arrangers

i will only marry the man that i love and no one else. Pre-arranged marriage does happen only if the family have to keep their heritage, customs and tradition but in this modern age and time it doesn't happen anymore. Still I will only marry the one I LOVE!!!

Love marriage. You dont want to live your life with an obligated partner. It is unfair for both.

I prefer arranged marriage because you can blame your parents if something goes wrong. just kidding. but the fact is that arranged marriages stay for long than love marriages and there are many points to be taken into account in this discussion. First is that you take sometime to know and understand your partner and in love marriage you start comparing your partner's behavior to that when you were not married. Things change because after marriage there are lots of responsibilities that need to be attended and you might not be able to spend much time together. While in arranged marriages you just start your life and till the time you know each other you have a kid and the bond becomes all the more stronger.
