I don't think, I will feel much for him. Because there is still this big-hearted Mumbaikar there for India. There can be never any comparision between Sachin and Sourav. No doubt, he was a great player, but he, I think, was not too appreciative of Sachin when he reached the landmark 12,000 runs. That has made me somewhat nervous about Sourav. Other than any personal reason, he is ok.

hi cricket lover me too a fan of one the successful captain sourav Indian team had a good time during his captaincy he brought many new faces to Indian team during his period he gave very good strength to Indian team to have a good batting line up and also he supported bowling side by acting as a fifth bowler to the team so he gave a good contribution to the team India during his period however retirement of such a guy is great lose to Indian team

Every one has to go. He is the fighter, who know where to stop. He proved himself. Give reply to all by his performance. Justify with his nick name "Maharaj".

ganguly was an excellent player...in the end of 90's was the best time for ganguly i think i like his approch to game and batting.but he has a bit of ego i think.any way he was a good captain and he performed well as a captain and batsmen.the remembering performance of ganguly was in the dhaka tournament in 99 i think when india cheaseing 314 his 126 helped india to win the match.he played his natural game in any cercumstence.he don't bother about record's and one think we have to notice that he is the captain who gave india a new approach to game.he got captaincy when indian team are in very pathetic condition.but he developed it well.
