I was always taught that confessions are good for the soul. If you need to confess something or talk about something without being judged please share here... It often makes one feel better to at least get things off their chest with strangers, at least you did tell someone. It may not have been the right person but you will feel better and can move on....I am hooked on laxatives and have an eating disorder.
