help for my hamster!!! Please emergency

If there is anybody could give solution to my hamster.. It seems like he had swelled in his mouth, and his eyes were close. He look so weak, and doesn't want to take any food recently. This is my first and old hamster, and already with him for nearly 2 years. I really love him and so my whole family. I've read a lot through internet, and find maybe he got the impacted pouches. But, the major problem is, there isn't any veterinary here in my place. I don't know what to do now.. It is emergency, even I couldn't go to sleep thinking and worried about him. My poor little hamster.. Please.. could anyone have any solution to this?
