actual safe pain free how to prepare self and family

From your other question I think I know what you mean. I don't think there is a way you can ever prepare yourself or your family for that sort of thing. I'm sure there's a pain free way of doing it, but I don't feel comfortable talking to someone I don't know about this, sorry. I don't know whether you can get it for free or not, but could you get counselling at all?
