how do you tell someone they stink!!!

it would be difficult for me to tell a person that he/she stinks. i dont want to hurt other people's feelings.

Aww,that's a good question. I've been in that situation before when a couple of people I had to work with didn't take showers very often. They made all of us suffer but nobody dared to mention it when management decided to take matters into their hands. They took those guys in the office and had a long talk behind closed doors. I don't know what was being said but I'm sure it was VERY embarrassing. The situation improved shortly afterwards. That raises another question-what if somebody smells too good? Another person I knew used too much cologne. Good cologne and it's only a plus is someone tries to look their best for the job but not when you work with people! Would you find it appetizing if,for example,your server at a restaurant smelled strongly of that Antonio Banderas cologne? In short words-nice but irrelevant.
