I play this game with my hubby or my son. My son is 11 years old and he is very good in this game. he played this game, When he was only 6 years old. i told him that only conceterate on the shuttle and pick the racket with good hands. Then you become a nice player. And he follow these things and play with a great joy.

I love this game too. I am fairly good in the sports which helps me to take my interest further. I have not been very frequent in last two years owing my time to studies. This was the reason I couldn't make it to my college team. But I will give it a try every semester. I like the this game as it doesn't require many equipments and also carries many health benefits.

I second your opinion. It is a good game and it is very good exercise. But not at all easy as you described. If you are playing singles in proper badminton court you will find out how hard it is.
