I need about 50 active refs for this site.
They offer 10 cents per click and 5 cents per ref click. They have about 10 ads per day. Their payout is $199. I know that that makes them sound like a scam but they are legit. If i can just get 50 people to click for a week then I will have enough to cash out.

this is a scam site and they explained that they can afford to pay the 10 cents rate is because they have some companies paying them good money which enable them to pay you 10cents. I could not remember the names of the companies which they claimed are sponsoring them but if u do a search on the companies mentioned you would not be able to find out any information about them and these will shows that the companies which they mentioned may not exist in the first place. So i dun think you should believed what the site is telling you and rather go and do some checks yourself.

it is a scam ,my friend....i had earn 101 dollars,but they delete my account suddenly without a notifice.
