Do you always catch the first shuttle bus to home after work?

Office-hour ends at every 6PM for my company, and colleagues are crowd around the first shuttle bus right after that.
As to me, I'd like to catch the bus leaves at 6:50PM, beause traffic of the city is better around that time.
How about your guys? What's the situation over there near you?
