Is it necessary to go to gym to maintain fitness?.
Doing exercise in home will do good?

I've done both. My husband and I made an investment in some weight equipment for the house and I have an eliptical machine which I get on every now and then. The problem with doing it at home is that it requires a lot of discipline on your part to maintain. It's easy to get home and get sidetracked doing chores. Sometimes in the middle of a set, the phone will ring or the kids will want something and I have to stop what I'm doing. The good part about the gym is that once you are there, you do what you need to do without distractions. I'm doing it at home for now, since I can't afford a gym payment so I when I get home, before I do anything else, I change into my workout clothes , put on my ipod and go jogging. This helps motivate me and when I get back, I workout with the weights for another 15 to 20 minutes. I'm doing this 2-3 times a week and hopefully will increase it to 4 times a week next month.
